All lessons are delivered as digital downloads. Once a download in complete, you can open the 'Zip' file using WinZip or Stuffit Expander. The un-zipped file will contain your video lesson on 'mp4' video format which can be played in Quicktime Player or Windows Media Player (you may need additional plug-ins for Windows Media Player which are available free).
